I've been doing long distance stuff for a while now.
One of the first things you should do is figure out what you, and she, wants out of a bdsm relationship. there are plenty of lists on google of "rules" that masters often make their slaves follow. If you'd like, i have a few here that i'd be willing to give to you.
You do NOT have to implement any of them right away. Just look over and consider them. Look at the list and decide what you both would enjoy, what one or the other would not like at all, and what you guys don't care either way about. They don't even all have to be about sex.
With clear boundaries established, and probably a number of rules made, your next step is training. Normally, punishment is done directly by you, but with the distance barrier that is impossible/impractical. I use something called "teamviewer". It's a free program that both of you would download. It allows you to gain complete control over her computer, and therefore, her webcam. I realized that with 99% of punishments, you don't actually need to do it yourself, though that is more fun. you just need to see her do it. I also like teamviewer because i like the sense of control i have over my slave's computer.
Here's a quick list of some other programs that i found useful. Before i even begin i would just like to say that none of them will train your slave for you. YOU train your slave, not a computer. YOU act though the computer. That being said, lets get started.
Dropbox is essentially a folder both of you share. Whatever one of you puts in on their side, it shows up on the other persons computer (after being uploaded onto the server and downloaded by the other person). You only have 2 gigs of space to work with, but you really shouldn't need more than that. see the site for more details.
