OP here. Capillary tubing sounds perfect. It needs to be fireproof, and be bendable without breaking, hence the stainless steel or copper. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any capillary tube suppliers in my area.

In a car? I don't think so but I can't be sure. The needle in a carburettor might work, if it's a hellza old car, or some small internal component from a fuel injector (more likely from a diesel injector, since they'll be narrow as HELL due to the pressure and requirement to mist). I doubt they'll be long enough for you though.

The other problem is to do with them being bendable. A pipe with an external diameter of 2mm is not going to be something you can bend by yourself whilst keeping an even internal diameter, and the likelihood is absolute enormous that you'll end up effectively closing the tube at some point. A bent tube that narrow is going to have to be a custom made job, I think.

Could you have a very short 2mm tube for about 10mm, and then step it up with a longer, wider tube to bridge the distance, and then step it down again to a short 2mm tube at the end? Weld the bits together to seal them (depending on the temperature you need them to withstand). I mean, it does depend on a lot of things, the flow rate required, the pressure, the amount of the fluid or air you are moving, etc, but that would be my best suggestion for now.

The first time I tried to get my license, the instructor called the cops because he claimed I tried to "kill him". I sort of did, but he was just a pussy. The guy sitting with you, grading you, will likely be a complete waste of oxygen. Do not give in to his assholeness if you want your license.

Jog, but leave yourself 6 hours plus to do something else, or else you won't be able to sleep. I just workout during the day, and if I really can't sleep- I'll have a shot of vodka.
When laying in bed, pay attention to your tongue. You know you're too tense to sleep when your tongue is gripping the roof of your mouth. If so; pay attention to the rest of your body and force yourself to relax.
Reading before sleeping helps only if you're on a good schedule. And no napping during the day

Turn off the tv and computer 45min or so before you want ot sleep.
Excercise early in the day.
Maintain a consistent sleeping schedule.
Sleep in a totally dark environment. (Blue lights, especially can affect your sleep, even at low levels.)
Reading before bed can help. (If I try to learn a new programmming language before bed my brain fills fast and it puts me out like a light.)
Stay out of your bed except for sleep and sex - this trains your mind to expect those activities when you're there.

Make yourself a giant mug of hot cocoa with milk. The milk is important, as milk contains sleepy chemicals and warming it makes them more effective. If you used water the way you're "supposed" to, then you're just drinking caffeine and sugar straight up and the shit won't work.

Lay in bed with your mug. Take in its aroma in between sipping some down. Bring it close to your chest and feel its warmth. As you do so, take a moment to reflect on the day in as detached and unemotional manner as you can. Just a very short review, and when it's complete, clear your mind of those thoughts, and focus on tensing and relaxing each your muscles in turn, from your feet all the way up to the top of your head. Breathe deeply and regularly, feeling the tension leaving your muscles and enjoying the cocoa.
